  • Zumba Gold

    Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for beginners or mature adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

  • Seated Zumba

    Like Zumba Gold, for individuals with mobility or balance issues, or those who prefer to exercise in a seated position.

  • Aqua Zumba

    Zumba with the benefits of water aerobics. The water provides buoyancy for low-impact, as well as resistance for a full-body exercise that's gentle on the joints and can improve cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance.

  • CIRCL Mobility

    Full-body flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. Release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer.

My goal is to make group fitness more accessible and inclusive. :)

As a hyper-mobility sufferer myself, I am aware of the benefits group-fitness can provide, both physically and mentally, by improving mood, reducing stress and through social interaction.

I am always happy to discuss your individual needs in confidence and make recommendations and/or suggest modifications, based on your specific circumstances. Always discuss your exercise plans with your physician and make your instructor aware before taking part in a class.
