About me and why you’ll love my classes
I'm one of those lucky people who gets to say, I LOVE my job, my classes and my fitness family! I believe the kind of exercise you stick to is the kind you enjoy, so my aim is to make every class fun, in any way I can!
I grew up dancing but then life happened and suddenly 10 years passed before I tried out a Zumba class and fell in love with dance-fitness! This soon sparked my instructor career and sure enough, training after training, new format after new format, led me to finally giving up my desk job for good. I have never looked back!
If you fancy giving something new a try, whether it be for the physical benefits, the social aspect or just to experience my theatrics and frenzied fitness faces, my classes are for you! ;-)

Top tip: Stick with it! I appreciate the prospect of trying a new class can be daunting, but I promise if you stick with it for a few weeks you will soon get the hang of the routines and feel much more at ease. While I occasionally introduce new tracks to keep things fresh, most of the playlist will remain familiar.
